About the Journal

HOSPITERA — Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research is a peer-reviewed, open access academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of hospitality and tourism. The journal publishes original research articles, case studies, and conceptual papers that contribute to the development of theory, practice, and policy in hospitality and tourism studies.

HOSPITERA provides a scholarly platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to explore current issues, emerging trends, and innovative practices in hospitality management, tourism development, culinary and gastronomy studies, sustainability, consumer behavior, and cultural and heritage tourism.
